Rhonda Derks

Ms. Derks has 30 years experience in Hospitality and Food & Beverage Management with extensive experience in corporate catering. She has a BA in Occupational Education and is ServSafe certified. This is her 4th year teaching and her 9th year with the CCM team.

Elissa Penczar
Chef Instructor
Ms. Penczar has 25 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, including 15 years experience as a professional chef specializing in a la carte fine dining. She has an AOS in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute, a BA in Applied Liberal Studies, a MA in Career and Technical Education Leadership, and is a doctoral student at Western Michigan University focusing on Career and Technical Education Leadership. She is also a certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor. This is her 14th year teaching and she is the lead instructor of the CCM team.
