From writing menu descriptions and calculating portion costs to creating beautiful fruit garnishes and decorating cakes, the food theory classroom, gives you the opportunity to experience all-aspects of our industry! Far more than just a classroom, in this environment, lectures and more "traditional" teaching methods are fused with hands-on skills training, demonstrations and practice designed to prepare you to execute those skills when you operate our student-run Bistro! |
